Meet the Baker!
Keely Harper (she/her) owner, operator, pastry chef and cake artist of Flour & Thyme Micro-bakery. Keely grew up in Athens and always had a knack for baking, she started off baking cupcakes and selling them at her parents produce stand at farmers market when she was 13. She's worked at various local bakeries picking up skills along the way. In 2022 she started Flour & Thyme making custom cakes as a side hustle. Since then her business has grown into her full time job. Keely’s other interests include flowers, foraging, and herbalism which she tries to incorporate into her bakes.

Small batch rustic bakes featuring local, seasonal and floral ingredients. Incorporating unique flavor combinations and distinct decorating styles using edible flowers and herbs.
You can find Flour & Thyme at Athens Farmers Market on Saturdays with an array of pastries. They also have mini cakes and cupcakes available at Kindred Market with flavors changing weekly.
