Custom Orders

A guide to custom ordering

~Invoices will be sent out with each order, there is a 50% non refundable deposit due at the time of order. The rest is due 5 days before pickup day, this is the last day to make changes or cancel your order.

~There is a five day minimum requirement for orders, no last minute cake orders accepted. Full payment is needed upfront on orders with a five day notice

~Delivery offered upon request within delivery area, added delivery fee applies

~***When ordering please make sure you've looked at my past cakes and are familiar with my style, I reserve the right to have creative freedom when decorating but will always incorporate your ideas and suggestions in.***

~I do not use chemical food coloring or fondant. I do not make red velvet cake. I do not make raw cookie dough or brownie batter. I do not pipe writing onto cakes. Sorry.

~Accepting custom dessert orders as well, Flour & Thyme offers a lot more than cake, send me a message and let's talk desserts!

What to include on your order form

For custom order requests, please be sure to include the date you need the cake on, how many people you intend to serve, what size/shape & how many layers, flavor preferences, and any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
